For all of you Honkai Star Rail gamers, there’s a custom PC case made just for you. HYTE is currently offering preorders of its custom themed Honkai Star Rail Silver Wolf Y70 Computer Case for $299.99. That’s in no way cheap, but it’s actually not that much more expensive than the vanilla Y70 which normally runs for $220. This is an official collab so jump on this preorder if you’re a Mihoyo superfan. You’ll have to wait a bit to receive your prize though; estimated ship date is sometime in Q4 of this year.

The chassis itself is none other than the HYTE Y70, which is actually a very good case. It’s definitely one of the nicest looking boxes out there, with its panoramic 3-pane glass window setup, but it also performs well in the cooling department. It follows a pretty straightforward positive airflow design. Cool air is drawn in through the sides and bottom of the case and out the top and rear, passing over the GPU and CPU areas. Because the case is so spacious, it can fit a total of ten 120mm or eight 140mm case fans. It works with both liquid cooling and air cooling setups; there are mounting points to accommodate up to two 360mm radiators or alternatively, the 180mm CPU height clearance fits pretty much every tower heatsink on the market. You don’t have to worry about wedging in your gargantuan RTX 4090 GPU either; the Y70 is compatible with video cards up to 142mm in length and as thick as 4 slots. A PCI-E 4.0 riser cable is also included for vertical GPU installations. If you choose to go that route, you will sacrifice cooling performance, since the side panel window doesn’t have any ventilation. No fans are included, so you’ll need to budget them in.

Of course what’s really special about this case is the themed art. Honkai Star Rail’s 5-star character Silver Wolf is professionally UV printed onto all three glass panels. These don’t peel off like vinyl stickers and they’re applied on the interior side of the panels, so they’re less prone to scratching off. Matching purple and blue graphics adorn the top and side metal panels as well. Even the case feet and PCI slot covers have been painted a matching purple. It all looks incredibly well done and will be surefire hit for anime fans. It doesn’t seem like any part of the case has been overlooked. Also included are some matching fan guards and a cute little keychain, all neatly tucked away in display-worthy packaging.

For even more of a “wow” factor, the Y70 also has an option to install a 14.5″ 2.5K multi-touch display in lieu of the smallest tempered glass panel. Not surprisingly, it isn’t included with this limited eidtion case, but at least you do have the option to retrofit it in at a not-so-inexpensive price of $199.

IBUYPOWER is the sister company to HYTE. You might be familiar with the brand since they sell many of their ready-to-ship systems at big box retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart, but they also have their own online shop. You can preorder a prebuilt system housed in this limited edition case in one specific configuration: an Intel Core i9-14900KF build with a GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER GPU, 32GB of RAM, and a 4TB SSD for $2299.99 that includes an initial preorder deposit of $299. The first 100 preorders also get themed swag, like a bomber jacket and a second “wearable gift”. A 3 year warranty is also included.
