Roughly 17-year AEG Presents higher-up Lea Swanson has become Goldenvoice’s VP of talent, and longtime SVP Susan Rosenbluth “has announced her retirement from the music industry.”
Warner Music Group
Warner Music Australasia president Dan Rosen’s role has expanded to also include overseeing Warner Chappell in the region.
Additionally, more than 25-year Columbia vet Brady Bedard has signed on as Atlantic Music Group’s EVP of promotion.
BigHit
Hybe’s BigHit has tapped Shin Seon-jeong, who’s been part of the K-pop company for almost 15 years, to serve as CEO.
Sony Music UK
Former Universal Music Recordings co-president Azi Eftekhari is now Sony Music UK’s COO.
NITO
The National Independent Talent Organization has elected a new board: Entourage Talent Associates’ Wayne Forte (president), Partisan Arts’ Tom Chauncey (VP), Arrival Artists’ Matt Yasecko (secretary), and Axis Management’s Nelly Neben (treasurer) are serving one-year terms.
Atlantic Music Group
Warner Music’s AMG is welcoming back Cara Donatto, who was previously its publicity SVP before accepting a role with Interscope Geffen A&M, as EVP of media strategy.
Third Side Music
Third Side has promoted 10-year team member Brontë Jane to EVP of creative/A&R and elevated Mariah Flores (who came aboard in 2019) to creative/A&R manager.
iHeartMedia
iHeartMedia Hartford and New Haven has confirmed the yearend retirement of area president and nearly four-decade broadcasting vet Steve Honeycomb.
Lucille Group
Jenny Ericsson, previously with The Orchard, is officially CEO of Sweden’s Lucille Group.
UMG Global Classics & Jazz
UMG’s Global Classics & Jazz has confirmed Natasha Baldwin as president of global classics for jazz and screen. On top of the new role, Baldwin is expected to continue as UMPG’s EVP of classics and screen.
Plus, in the same division, Deutsche Grammophon head Clemens Trautmann’s own role has expanded to president of the classical label as well as new business strategy for global classics.

Empire UK marketing director Stephanie Adamu has exited the company to launch a marketing agency called Kobra Culture.
BMG
BMG has boosted almost five-year higher-up Katie Kerkhover to SVP of A&R for frontline recordings in North America.

Former DistroKid and Nodle CMO Jeff Roberto has joined Splice as marketing SVP.

Various Artists Management has bumped Rebecca Dixon from head of marketing and promotions to global head of marketing and UK GM.
