During ‘The Crew Showcase 2024‘, Ubisoft made a special announcement regarding existing entries in the series.

Early on in the broadcast, it was mentioned how the company wanted to express its commitment to the “future” of The Crew 2 and The Crew Motorfest with the team currently “exploring different solutions” to ensure “long-term access to both titles” going forward.

Most notably, there’s confirmation of an “offline mode” being added to these games, with future updates to be shared in the coming months.

This follows Ubisoft’s decision to delist the original title at the end of last year, with servers for the game also shutting down earlier this year.

In some related news, The Crew 2 is also currently on sale on Xbox for $1.00 USD (or your regional equivalent).

When we learn more, we’ll let you know.
